Simply outrageous. However their support is unparalleled. The problem I have with that is the fact that after all these years I have yet to have to call up tech support with other registrars anyways, like GoDaddy for instance. So.. I really don't see much point in having such great support for myself. However I would imagine this to be invaluable to businesses where hiring a guy to manage would be the alternative. Features and support are also important, but charging almost 4 times what your competition charges is just the thing that's going to turn me away. These guys have the best service department I have encountered in my many years of business, and more than makes up for the high price.
