I still have those two names right now. Never had a problem. Then again, I've never had a problem with other registrars either. Maybe I'm just lucky. I realized they don't have the best value so I decided to stick to Godaddy and Namecheap when I buy mass domains. I cannot comment on support, but the features are simple and intuitive. The prices are slightly over the average but they do offer a competitive hosting package. They are a good registrar but their high prices prevent me from using them regularly. They have semi cheap prices and hit the average point in terms of pricing. The support is fairly fast and responsive. I found they are great, because they do own and manage many domains. They have lots of bonus features such as backordering services and other nifty features.
