I would consider NameCheap very similar to GoDaddy. I know many people who have gone from Godaddy to NameCheap and vise-versa. NameCheap has less promotions than Godaddy and is usually just a bit more expensive. However, I heard that NameCheap has better customer support. I guess you have to consider what is more valuable to you.
I’ve used them and been with them since they 1st opened. I have moved away from them only because I found a cheaper reseller account. Otherwise, they are my next on the list in terms of domain registrants.
I would recommend them, because they got great support staff and fairly competitive prices.
I would like to use name cheap after reading your post i don’t know about name cheap because they did very less add with comparison go daddy after having a look of name cheap i don’t think its domain name are cheap but people are saying that its best in security and service i will definitely go for it.
I am using multiple registrar but namecheap is my favourite. Their support is very helpful. Recommended!
Great domain registrar, we could buy cheap domain name with free whois guard as bonus. namecheap also paypal support, but the most usefull for me that it doesnt require credit card verification to buy from namecheap.
NameCheap somehow better than godaddy. This one offers free SSL certificate which godaddy doesn’t do. This one is paypal friendly too. In addition $9.69 for a domain with 1 year free private regs + 1 year SSL certificate is a tempting offer. Value 5/5. Recommended.
Name Cheap has been around for a long time and is very reputable.I have quite a few names with them and their customer service is awesome.They have great deals as well.I reccomend NameCheap.com
I use Namecheap to host my domains and am very happy with that side of doing business with them. They have a coupon every month, give you a year of private registration with every domain, and I don’t have to worry about my domains being swiped.
Just over a year ago, they released a new hosting service that I decided to use to separate some domains from my main server (which I have at Kiosk and their service rocks).
Namecheap its really fantastic service regularly they are coming up with some contests which is pretty awesome…
It is a tough choice between namecheap and godaddy when it comes to domains. Personally I love the free private reg and SSL on each domain offered by namecheap. More than makes up for the very small price difference. Features, Value, and Top Service. That is what namecheap is all about. Highly recommended.

Namecheap is one of the few registrars that can compete with Godaddy. It does advertise less and have a slightly higher price, but problems are resolved almost instantaneously. Overall it deserves to be in the top 5.
Namecheap is my second favourite registrar, I guess for me it’s mostly because many of my colleagues use Namecheap and I park many domains there. The value is great and although I’ve never had to use support, they seem dependable from what I hear. The prices are competitive but obviously not the best if you do a simple comparison. But you get what you pay for. Personally, I still prefer GoDaddy.

In my opinion, NameCheap is one of the best registrars when it comes to rates and easiness in buying and transferring names.
One of the good things about NameCheap as well is that it allows PayPal payments, which makes it easier for many Internet users who do not have credit cards.
